The tourism boom in Cambodia has been accompanied by a great influx of the finest dining options that you could hope to try. Dishes from every nationality’s cuisine are available, and there are plenty of places full of atmosphere where you can try something new and different.

Food is plentiful and varied in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. For those interested in Khmer cuisine, there are many choices, from high class to roadside dining. All other Asian foods are also available, from Thai, to Vietnamese, to Chinese, even to North Korean.

In Phnom Penh, European food is represented by a huge amount of restaurants, many of very high quality and reasonable prices, and a few fast-food restaurants dotted around.
